To place an International order:

If you live outside Japan and wish to place an order, you may either submit an order through our online ordering shopping cart.
Be note online order is not complete at once, after checking total weight and volume we show you total cost with shipping cost.
Orders are paid by Paypal and Bank transfer.

International Shipping charges:

You will be charged the actual cost of shipping your order. (Customer will be responsible for all duties and import taxes) Shipping is by air, EMS or Fedex.

Damage in transit:

All items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Please retain all packing materials and immediately contact the carrier to file a damage claim.
Please do not return damaged items to TH service. We will, however, be happy to assist you in filing your claim with the carrier.
